• Provide customer support
• Improve and debug the application
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

The LCP AI Assistant is an optional feature that lets you ask questions about California landlord-tenant law and property management. Please review the following before using the AI Assistant:

• The LCP AI Assistant uses Groq's API (groq.com) to process user questions.
• Messages sent to the AI Assistant are transmitted to and processed by Groq's servers located in the United States. Groq's privacy policy applies to data processed by their service.
• The AI Assistant is powered by Meta's Llama language model via Groq.
• LeaseConnectPro does not permanently store AI Assistant conversations. Conversation history exists only for the duration of your session and is discarded when you close the assistant.
• The LCP AI Assistant does not provide legal advice. Responses are for informational purposes only. Users should consult a licensed California attorney for legal matters.
• You can opt out of the AI Assistant at any time by simply not using the feature. No account settings change is required.

By using the LCP AI Assistant you acknowledge that your questions will be processed by Groq in accordance with their privacy policy.

As a California-based company serving California residents, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to:

• Delete your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

• Your personal information will be deleted within 30 days
• Chat messages and documents may be retained for up to 90 days in backups
• You may request immediate deletion by contacting hello@leaseconnect.pro

LeaseConnectPro is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We send push notifications for:

• Rent due reminders
• Lease expiration alerts
• Maintenance request updates
• New chat messages
• Document signature requests

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

You may at any time:

• Update your account information in the app Settings
• Delete your account using our Data Deletion Request form or by contacting hello@leaseconnect.pro
• Request a copy of your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, including:

• Account information (name, email, password)
• Property data, leases, and financial records
• Chat history with tenants, property managers, and owners
• AI conversation logs from the LCP AI Assistant
• Uploaded documents and photos

We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt and send a confirmation email when complete. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before final purge.
