Welcome to LeaseConnectPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeaseConnectPro mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LeaseConnectPro you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and LeaseConnectPro LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

This includes, without limitation: property tracking, tenant management, financial reports, repair logs, rent increase calculations, lease document generation, e-signature facilitation, and California law summaries. None of these features constitute legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice. They are tools to help you organize information — not authoritative guidance on which to base decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEASECONNECTPRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS APPLICATION OR SERVICE.

This limitation includes, without restriction:

  • Financial loss or loss of revenue arising from reliance on app data
  • Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your stored information
  • Legal disputes, eviction outcomes, or court proceedings
  • Property damage or tenant claims based on app-generated documents
  • Any decisions made based on information provided by this application
  • Service downtime, interruptions, or data unavailability

You expressly release, indemnify, and hold harmless LeaseConnectPro LLC and all affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

Your Responsibilities

As a user of LeaseConnectPro, you agree to:

  • Independently verify all information before making any financial, legal, or real estate decisions
  • Comply with all applicable federal, California state, and local ordinance requirements
  • Keep the data you enter accurate, current, and complete
  • Use the app only for lawful purposes related to residential property management
  • Obtain appropriate professional legal, financial, or real estate advice when needed
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Not use the app to harass, discriminate against, or harm tenants or any other party

Accounts & Access

You may create an account using an email address and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will increment the policy version number and may prompt you to re-accept the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
