What will be deleted
- Account information — name, email address, password, and profile data
- Property data — all properties, units, leases, rent history, and financial records
- Chat history — all messages between landlords, tenants, property managers, and owners
- AI conversation logs — any questions submitted to the LCP AI Assistant
- Uploaded documents & photos — lease agreements, repair photos, and attachments
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We will process your request within 30 days.
